Heartland Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Vaughan Dixon as the new Chief Technology & Operations Officer for Heartland Bank in Australia, effective from 1 July 2024.

Vaughan has over 25 years’ industry experience with credit risk, decisioning, technology and credit bureaus, and is a specialist in applying technology, analytics and innovation within corporate environments. Vaughan has spent the last three years as Chief Information Officer at humm group. Prior to that he was a founder of the Decision Intellect business and spent over a decade at Dun & Bradstreet Australia. Post a private equity buyout he remained with the business, now known as Illion, in a number of leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer. He also spent time leading the product strategy, direction and build for an ANZi initiative, the corporate venture capital arm of ANZ.

Vaughan’s extensive experience and leadership across technology and operations will contribute to advancing Heartland Bank’s technology and operational growth ambitions.
