Heartland’s New Mobile App: Access your Reverse Mortgage anytime, anywhere!

We’re excited to announce the launch of Heartland’s new mobile app for our reverse mortgage customers!

The Heartland Finance Mobile App comes with some fantastic new features, including the ability to view your transaction history and apply for your cash reserve and/or redraw facility. 

In 2022, we released our online portal for customers to check their account details and balances. Now, with our new mobile app, you can access your account on the go with additional features to assist you in managing your finances wherever you are. 

We’ve designed the app to be user-friendly and intuitive, with a clean and simple interface that makes it easy to navigate. Heartland is committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, and our new mobile app is just one way we’re delivering on that promise.

How can I access the mobile app? 

If you’ve previously used Heartland Finance Online, your login will also work on the Heartland Finance Mobile App. If you don’t know your login, or haven’t activated it yet, get in touch with our team by calling us on 1300 889 338 or email us via [email protected]

Once you have your login details, download our Heartland Finance Mobile App via the App Store or Google Play, login using the temporary password provided and you are ready to go!

How secure are Heartland Finance Online and the Heartland Finance Mobile App?

There are a number of measures in place to help keep your account and data secure.

  • Sensitive data travelling across the internet between your device and our system is encrypted. 
  • We will lock your account automatically if the incorrect password is entered too many times. 
  • We conduct security assessments to ensure that potential vulnerabilities are identified and addressed. These assessments are carried out by a third party that specialises in information security.
  • The app will time-out if it is left running with no activity.
