The Australian Mortgage Awards is the leading independent awards event for the Australian mortgage industry, highlighting achievements and recognising excellence across the sector.

Excellence Awardees are a shortlist of the individuals and companies who receive recognition for being one of the best in each category. From the list of Excellence Awardees, an overall category winner is also selected on the awards night.

With the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on seniors, brokers and the wider community, in 2021 we were determined to ensure we could continue to help our customers access urgently required funds when they needed. This included adapting our products and processes, fast tracking our digital strategy, and continuing to educate and nurture customers and brokers. We also continue to support the wider community with our Dementia Australia Memory, Walk and Jog sponsorship, and promote ethical business through being 100% committed to the Banking and Finance Oath.

Receiving these Excellence Awards demonstrates an independent assessment of our ongoing commitment to seniors, and joins our other two other achievements in the past twelve months, Heartland’s 5 Star Lender Award from Your Mortgage, and InfoChoice’s Best Reverse Mortgage.
