Heartland’s continued excellence at the Australian Mortgage Awards
18 September 2023Heartland is excited to share that we have once again been recognised with an Excellence Award for Non-Bank of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards 2023 for the fourth year running!
The Australian Mortgage Awards celebrates achievements and acknowledges excellence across the financial sector including brokers, aggregators, lenders, business development managers and more.
Excellence Awardees are a shortlist of the individuals and companies who receive recognition for being one of the best in each category. From the list of Excellence Awardees, an overall category winner is also selected on the awards night.
Heartland’s consistent presence on this list is a testament to our ongoing commitment to serving the needs of Australian seniors and supporting our broker partners.
Since 2004, Heartland has helped over 26,000 Australian seniors release over $2 billion of equity from their homes to fund a more comfortable retirement with our award-winning Reverse Mortgage.
As a specialist non-bank lender, Heartland understands the needs of Australian seniors and offers an award-winning, market leading product. As well as offering our product direct to customers, our loans are also a unique funding solution for brokers to offer their clients, to diversify their business.
Heartland’s broker community continues to grow, being well-serviced by our digital onboarding, training and support platforms, including our dedicated Broker Support Team.
We are an active contributor to the broker community, participating in aggregator professional development events, sponsoring features in industry publications, a sponsor of the MFAA and FBAA, and providing media commentary on reverse mortgages.
Heartland looks to continually improve our offering to assist retirees and brokers. We’ve done this most recently by releasing an online portal for customers to plan and keep track of their finances on the go, with a recently released mobile app that gives customers the ability to apply for their cash reserve or redraw facilities, to allow frictionless service and reduce administrative work for our staff and brokers.
We also continue to support the wider community with our Dementia Australia Memory, Walk and Jog sponsorship, and promote ethical business through being 100% committed to the Banking and Financial Services Oath. Read more about our awards and partnerships.
Heartland is very proud of this award, and we look forward to continuing to help even more Australian seniors live a more comfortable retirement free from financial stress and in their own homes.
The overall category winners will be announced at the award ceremony on 13 October 2023. You can register to attend here.
